Delete your account & data

You can delete your NoorHop parent account at any time. Deleting it permanently removes your account, every child profile, their stars, Noori's Journey progress, colouring artwork, game results, settings and your newsletter sign-up. It is removed from our live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.

In the NoorHop app

  1. Hold Grown-ups on the home screen and unlock with your PIN.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Tap Delete account… and enter your password.

On the website

  1. Sign in at noorhop.com/account.
  2. Scroll to Account.
  3. Click Delete account… and enter your password.

Can't sign in? Send us a request

We'll verify it's you by email before deleting or exporting anything. You can also write to [email protected].

Playing without an account? Progress lives only on that device — deleting the app or clearing the browser's site data removes it. Read our Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice.
