- Our characters, songs, videos, games and artwork belong to Starling Global. Please don’t copy or reuse them commercially.
- You may print our colouring pages for home or classroom use — free, non-commercial.
- Our Islamic content is carefully reviewed, but it is for education and joy, not religious rulings.
- You can stop using NoorHop and delete your account at any time.

1.Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of NoorHop — our website at noorhop.com (including games.noorhop.com and video.noorhop.com) and our iOS and Android apps (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Starling Global (“we”, “us”).
By using the Service, or allowing a child in your care to use it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Children’s Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.Eligibility and accounts
- Accounts may only be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Children may not create accounts.
- You are responsible for the child profiles you add and for keeping your password and parental PIN confidential.
- Please give accurate information and keep your email address up to date so you can recover your account.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think it has been accessed without permission.
3.Children’s use
NoorHop is made for children aged 2–8 to enjoy under the supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher. Grown-ups decide whether and how much a child uses the Service and can use the parent area to choose sections and screen-time limits. Parental gates protect sign-up, settings and links that leave the app.
4.Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- copy, download (other than printable colouring pages), redistribute, re-upload or sell our content;
- use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission;
- attempt to bypass parental gates, security or rate limits, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
- scrape, crawl or harvest content or data, or interfere with the Service’s operation;
- reverse-engineer the apps except where the law allows;
- use the Service in any way that is unlawful or harmful to children.
5.Our content and intellectual property
All content in the Service — including the NoorHop name and logo, Noori and our other characters, songs, stories, videos, games, illustrations, artwork, audio and software — is owned by or licensed to Starling Global and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your family’s personal, non-commercial enjoyment, in line with these Terms.
Printable colouring pages
You may print our colouring pages for personal, home or classroom use, free of charge, as long as it is non-commercial. Please don’t sell them, include them in paid products, or republish them online — share a link to NoorHop instead.
6.Islamic content
We take great care with Islamic content: Qur’an recitation, Arabic, du‘as and hadith are reviewed by qualified teachers, and we never depict the Prophets (peace be upon them) or the Sahabah. However, NoorHop is an educational and entertainment resource for children. It is not a source of religious rulings (fatwa) and is not a substitute for guidance from qualified scholars and teachers. If you notice something you believe is incorrect, please tell us at [email protected] — we read every message.
7.Your content
The Service does not publish anything you or your child create. Colouring artwork and progress are saved privately to your device or your account and are not visible to other users. You keep any rights you have in your child’s artwork; you give us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you.
8.Third-party services
Some videos play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. When a video plays, YouTube’s terms and policies apply to that playback. App downloads are also subject to the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9.Price
There are currently no in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features in future, they will only be available to parents behind a parental gate, and we will tell you the price and terms before you pay.
10.Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Parent area → Account → Delete account, at noorhop.com/account/delete, or by contacting us.
We may suspend or close an account, or restrict access to the Service, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, to protect children or other users, or if required by law. Where appropriate we will tell you why and give you the chance to download your data first.
11.Changes to the Service
We are always adding songs, stories and games, and we may change, pause or retire features. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect account holders.
12.Disclaimers
We work hard to keep NoorHop available, accurate and safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every child, and we exclude implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Starling Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is currently provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date at the top and, for material changes, tell account holders by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15.Governing law
If you live in the UK, the EU or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you also benefit from those laws and may bring proceedings in your local courts. We would always rather resolve a concern informally first — please contact us.
