- Page 1 — Little (3–5): 6 picture deeds × 7 days with big stars
- Page 2 — Big (6–8): 8 deeds × 7 days
- "My favourite good deed this week" box on both
How to use it
For grown-ups
- Number the days from the day you start — no need to begin on a Monday.
- Colour the star together and name the deed out loud.
- At the end of the week, ask about the favourite deed instead of counting stars.
- Laminate it and use a dry-wipe pen to reuse it every week.
- Print at 100% ("actual size"). Ink-saver line art is the default, so colouring in is part of the fun.
