For grown-ups
- Hang it in your child's bedroom near the bed, so they can follow it after their bath and before the light goes off.
- Do the 3 Quls together: read each surah, blow gently into your hands and wipe over your child's head and body.
- Let them move a peg or sticker along the five steps each night until the routine runs on its own.
- Say the sleep du'a last, lying on the right side, so it is the final words of the day.
- Print at 100% ("actual size") on thick paper, or laminate it for a busy wall. For a big classroom or masjid poster, use the 18 × 24 in PDF at a print shop.
