Qur'an verses are copied letter for letter from tanzil.net or quran.com, and du'as and hadith from sunnah.com. The reference is printed on the poster, with a transliteration and a simple meaning. Where schools of thought differ on small details, follow your teacher.

For grown-ups
- Hang it at your child's eye level next to the table, so it is the last thing they see before the first bite.
- Say Bismillah together before the first bite, then let your child lead the du'a after the meal.
- Forgot to say it? Point to the 'Forgot?' line and say it together as soon as you remember.
- Scan the QR code and sing "Every Bite's a Gift" together at snack time.
- Print at 100% ("actual size") on thick paper, or laminate it for a busy wall. For a big classroom or masjid poster, use the 18 × 24 in PDF at a print shop.
