Where the words come from

Sources

Qur'an verses are copied letter for letter from tanzil.net or quran.com, and du'as and hadith from sunnah.com. The reference is printed on the poster, with a transliteration and a simple meaning. Where schools of thought differ on small details, follow your teacher.

How to use it

For grown-ups

  • Tape it at child height beside the front door, where shoes go on and come off.
  • Make it part of the routine: shoes on, du'a, out the door; back in, du'a, salaam.
  • Let your child be the one who says salaam to everyone when the family comes home.
  • Learn one du'a at a time: start with going out, then add coming home.
  • Print at 100% ("actual size") on thick paper, or laminate it for a busy wall. For a big classroom or masjid poster, use the 18 × 24 in PDF at a print shop.
