Sources

Qur'an verses are copied letter for letter from tanzil.net or quran.com, and du'as and hadith from sunnah.com. The reference is printed on the poster, with a transliteration and a simple meaning. Where schools of thought differ on small details, follow your teacher.

How to use it

For grown-ups

  • Learn them on your fingers: one name per finger, then wiggle all ten at the end.
  • Learn one name a day and spot it in real life: food on the table for Ar-Razzaq, saying sorry for Al-Ghafur.
  • Show children how to call on Allah by His names when they make du'a, as the verse on the poster says.
  • Hang it in a reading corner and point to one card each morning: what does that name mean for today?
  • Print at 100% ("actual size") on thick paper, or laminate it for a busy wall. For a big classroom or masjid poster, use the 18 × 24 in PDF at a print shop.
