What's on each page

  • 6 identical cards (90 × 72 mm) with cut lines
  • The du'a in fully vowelled Arabic, on its own line
  • Transliteration and meaning under the Arabic
Listen and say it

The du'a on the card

رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا

Rabbi zidni 'ilma

“My Lord, increase me in knowledge.”

For when to say it, a meaning for little ones and teaching tips, see the du'a for knowledge page.

How to use it

For grown-ups

  • Pop one on the fridge and one in your bag for days out.
  • Say it together at the real moment — that's how children learn du'as fastest.
  • Laminate the cards, or punch a hole and keep them on a ring.
  • The cards contain the name of Allah — please keep them respectfully and recycle them carefully.
  • Print at 100% ("actual size"). Ink-saver line art is the default, so colouring in is part of the fun.
