Sources
Qur'an verses are copied letter for letter from tanzil.net or quran.com, and du'as and hadith from sunnah.com. The reference is printed on the poster, with a transliteration and a simple meaning. Where schools of thought differ on small details, follow your teacher.

For grown-ups
- Laminate it, or slip it into a plastic sleeve, so children can tick the boxes with a whiteboard pen and wipe them clean each day.
- Hang it near the kitchen or the bathroom sink, where the water and food habits happen.
- Do a lights check together before leaving the house and let your child be the switch-off helper.
- Keep a scrap-paper box for drawings on the back, then recycle the paper together.
- Print at 100% ("actual size") on thick paper, or laminate it for a busy wall. For a big classroom or masjid poster, use the 18 × 24 in PDF at a print shop.
