Ramadan Day 19: Saying Sorry, Starting Fresh

Today's mini-lesson
Everyone makes mistakes — grown-ups too.
When we get something wrong, we say sorry to the person and ask Allah to forgive us by saying “Astaghfirullah”.
Allah is the Most Forgiving, and Ramadan is a month of mercy and fresh starts.
Teddy makes up
Act it out with toys: one teddy knocks over another's tower, says sorry, and they build it again together. Practise the words “I'm sorry — can I help?”
Fresh-start card
Talk about why sorry can feel hard to say. Make a “fresh start” card for someone you'd like to make up with — there's no need to write what happened.
Astaghfirullah
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ
Astaghfirullah
“I ask Allah to forgive me”
We say it to ask Allah to forgive us.
