Today's mini-lesson
One of the last ten nights is Laylatul Qadr, the Night of Decree, when the Qur'an was first sent down.
Allah tells us in the Qur'an that this night is better than a thousand months, and that it is peace until dawn.
No one knows exactly which night it is, so Muslims try their best on all ten — especially the odd nights.

A thousand months
A thousand months is more than 83 years! Work it out together (1,000 ÷ 12) and talk about why one night could be so precious.
