Today's mini-lesson

If the Eid moon was seen last night, today is Eid; if not, today is the 30th and last day of fasting.

It's a lovely time to remember everything we learned and tried this month, and to keep a few good habits going.

On Eid, Muslims greet each other with “Eid Mubarak” and “Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum” — may Allah accept from us and from you.

Little · 3–55 minutes

Favourite moment

Look back at the moon diary, the gratitude chain or the lanterns from this month. Your child picks their favourite moment and draws it.

Big · 6–85 minutes

Keep-going habit

Choose one Ramadan habit to keep after Eid — a Qur'an minute, a coin for sadaqah, helping at dinner — and make a small poster for it.

Word of the day

Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum

تَقَبَّلَ اللَّهُ مِنَّا وَمِنْكُمْ

Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum

“May Allah accept from us and from you”

A greeting many Muslims use at Eid.
